WOMEN

The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in
their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day  [Surah 24:2]

The fornicatress and the fornicator, flog each of them with a
hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment
prescribed by Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This
punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime,
but if married persons commit it (illegal sex), the punishment is to
stone them to death, according to Allah's Law). [Surah 24:2, MKV]

Also (prohibited to marry are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess. And those who guard their
chastity, Except with their wives and the
(captives) whom their right hands possess [Surah 4:24; 70:29-30]

It is not lawful for thee (to
marry more) women after this….except any thy right hand should possess (as handmaidens): and Allah doth
watch over all things.  [Surah 33:52]

O ye who believe! When there come to you
believing women refugees, examine (and test) them….They are not lawful (wives) for the
Unbelievers,
nor are the (Unbelievers) lawful (husbands) for them. But pay the Unbelievers what they have spent (on their dower), and
there will be no blame on you if ye
marry them on payment of their dower to them.  [Surah 60:10)

If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they
may wed believing girls from among those whom your
right hands possess.  [Surah 4:25].

When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods…. Such of your
women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the prescribed period, if ye have any doubts, is three months, and for
those who
have no courses (yet).  [Surah 65:1, 4]

Marry women of your choice, Two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a
captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice. [Surah 4:3]

O Prophet! We have made lawful to thee (all) thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and (all)
those whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned to thee;
and daughters of thy paternal uncles and aunts, and daughters of thy maternal uncles and aunts,
who migrated (from Makka) with thee; and any believing woman who dedicates her soul to the
Prophet if the Prophet wishes to wed her;- this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at large).
[Surah 33:50]

And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard
their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except
what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their
veils over
their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their [family members].
[Surah 24:31]

Allah (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (inheritance): to the
male,
a portion equal
to that of two females.  [Surah 4:11]

About those who leave no descendants or
ascendants as heirs….the
male having twice
the share of the female
.  [Surah 4:176]
“It has been said, ‘But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and
anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.  [Matthew 5:31-32]

For example, by law a
married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law
that binds her to him. [Romans 7:2]

To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband.  But if she does, she must remain
unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must
not divorce his wife.   To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any
brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her.  And if a woman has a husband who is
not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his
wife, and the
unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is,
they are holy. How do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or, how do you know, husband, whether you will save your
wife?  [I Corinthians 7:10-16]

Now the overseer must be above reproach, the
husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to
teach, not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must manage his own family well and
see that his children obey him with proper respect.  [I Timothy 3:2-4]

An elder must be blameless, the
husband of but one wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and
disobedient.  Since an overseer is entrusted with God's work, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to
drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled,
upright, holy and disciplined.  [Titus 1:6-8]

Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.   Husbands, love your wives, just as
Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to
present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. In this same way,
husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all, no one ever hated his own body,
but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church.  [Ephesians 5:24-29]

I also want the women to
dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls
or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.  [I Timothy 2:9-10]

Your
beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes.
Rather, it should be that of your
inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.  I Peter 3:
3-4]

There is
neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.  [Galatians 3:28]
QUR'AN
New Testament OF BIBLE
The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in
a woman caught in
adultery. They made her stand
before the group and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this
woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law
Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now
what do you say?"

"If any one of you is without sin, let him
be the first to throw a stone at her."
Jesus straightened up and asked
her, "Woman, where are they?
Has no one condemned you?"
"No one, sir," she said. "Then
neither do I condemn
you
," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of
sin."  [John 8:3-5, 7, 10-11]
